Making a Reservation
On the homepage, you will find our search engine. Fill it out following the instructions below:
1. Vehicle Location:
Enter the pick-up location of the vehicle in the "Pick up the car at" field. Choose between airports or cities as pick-up options;
If necessary, check the option "Return to another city" to select a different return location.
The "Residence" field is automatically filled in and serves to personalize the best booking options for you.
2. Vehicle Selection:
Explore the available options and select the one that best suits your needs;
You can use our filters to make the results more suitable for your preferences.
3. Reservation Customization:
Add extras, such as child seats and toll chips, according to your preferences;
Choose additional protections to ensure an even smoother trip.
4. Payment Method:
Now it's time to decide on the payment method! We have a few options:
Pay now: at the time of booking;
Pay on pick-up: only at the rental counter;
Choose the option that suits you best!
Important
Online payment usually results in a more economical value compared to payment on pick-up, being the most advantageous choice.
After confirming the details, your reservation will be issued!
Is my reservation confirmed?
After completing the reservation, you can easily track the status of the request by accessing your account, in the "My Reservations" area. Access the Rentcars Customer Area in the top menu of the site.
A detailed confirmation message containing the reservation voucher will also be sent at the time of issuance to the registered email.
