No. Currently, the Car Subscription service is available exclusively in Brazil.
This service was designed for customers residing in the country and is subject to the rules, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria established by Brazilian partner rental companies.
To subscribe to the service, customers must meet the eligibility requirements, including providing valid Brazilian documents such as a CPF number, proof of residence, and a valid permanent Brazilian driver's license (CNH).

What is it?
Car subscription is a convenient way to drive a brand-new vehicle without worrying about administrative procedures. Customers pay monthly installments and use the vehicle for a period starting from 12 months. Plans already include documentation, vehicle taxes, registration, insurance, preventive maintenance, full coverage protection, and 24/7 roadside assistance.
How do I subscribe to the service?
Subscribing to a car is quick and easy. Here's how:

What do I need to subscribe?
Be an individual customer and at least 21 years old;
Hold a valid, permanent, physical Brazilian driver's license (CNH);
Provide an up-to-date proof of residence;
Provide proof of income;
Have a physical credit card in the contract holder's name with available credit.
After your registration is reviewed and approved, your subscription will be activated.
What payment methods are accepted?
The primary payment method is a credit card, which must meet the following requirements:
Be in the subscriber's name;
Be within its validity period;
Have been issued by a traditional banking institution;
Have the cardholder's name and card number printed and legible;
Have sufficient available credit for the security deposit hold.
Important: Only the monthly installment will be charged against your available credit limit. Depending on the partner rental company, payment through a financial guarantor may also be accepted.
Please note: Although they may seem similar, a financial institution and a bank are not the same thing. A bank is a type of financial institution that offers checking accounts and can accept deposits. A financial institution is a broader category that also includes credit unions, brokerage firms, lending fintechs, and other companies that are not banks.
How long can I subscribe for? What mileage options are available?
Contract terms are available for 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, or 48 months. The minimum subscription period is 12 months.

What protection coverage is included in the annual subscription contract?
Basic protection coverage (against theft, burglary, fire, and collision damage) is already included in all subscriptions.

Can I choose a specific vehicle model? How much does an annual subscription cost?

Yes. Additional drivers can be added to the contract. The maximum number allowed may vary depending on the partner rental company and is generally offered at no extra cost.
Additional drivers only need to provide a valid driver's license (CNH).
The vehicle and all related documentation remain registered under the name of the rental company responsible for the subscription.

If the contract is terminated before its end date, early termination fees may apply according to the contract terms.

When are vehicle maintenance services performed?
Scheduled maintenance and preventive servicing are already included in the subscription. However, booking maintenance appointments is the customer's responsibility and must be arranged with an authorized dealership according to the manufacturer's recommended schedule or mileage intervals.
What happens if I receive a traffic ticket?
If a traffic violation occurs, the rental company will notify you by email and request identification of the responsible driver.
Once identified, the traffic ticket will be assigned directly to the driver's license of the responsible person, whether it is the contract holder or an authorized additional driver.
Is 24/7 roadside assistance included?
Yes. Roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout Brazil.
The service provides support for both the subscribed vehicle and its occupants in the event of mechanical breakdowns, electrical failures, or accidents.

Do I need to pay for insurance during the subscription? What vehicle documentation am I responsible for?
