If you already have a reservation on the Rentcars website and wish to make any changes, follow these steps:
Log in to your Rentcars account.
In the "My Reservations" tab, select the reservation you want to change.
Request the alteration.
Click on the "Change Reservation" option within the selected reservation.
Done!

Access our help center under "Help" and "Online Chat" to start the conversation.
This option is currently available for changing the date and time of your reservation and becomes even more advantageous, as confirmation is done on the same screen, directly within our chat.
When requesting a change to your reservation, some information is crucial:
Availability and Price Changes:
The reservation costs may vary based on the availability of the chosen model. Therefore, it is advisable to make requests in advance, especially during peak demand periods.
If necessary, our communication regarding the change request will be conducted via email.
Additional Costs:
If the change increases the reservation cost, it will be necessary to make the payment for the difference.
If the payment is not made within the specified period, your reservation will be canceled, making it challenging to find another available in the chosen category, with possible price variations.
Pay attention to the cancellation policy:
Some rental companies may retain funds in case of cancellations made less than 48 hours before the vehicle pickup. Therefore, pay attention to the cancellation policy of each rental company. We have a series of texts in our FAQ about reservation cancellations; be sure to check them out!
