The payment link is a practical and secure way to pay for your reservation online.
How does it work?
After the reservation is issued through the Call Center, you will receive a link by email. By clicking the “Make Payment” button, you will be directed to a secure page on our website, where you can choose the payment method. Currently, the following are available:
PIX (for customers residing in Brazil);
Credit card;
Paypal (exclusive for customers outside Brazil);
Digital Wallets, such as: Apple Pay and/or Google Pay.
How do I receive the payment link?
There are different ways to receive the payment link, depending on how your reservation was made. Check below how it works in each case:
Reservation made through the Call Center: the link is automatically sent by email. Just follow the steps to the payment screen; if you have a reservation already issued but awaiting payment, just go to the “My Reservations” menu and click on “Make payment”.
Reservation made via the app or website: if you are issuing the reservation through the app or website, just follow the steps to the payment screen. If you have a reservation already issued but awaiting payment, just go to the “My Reservations” menu and click on pay now.

Important: The payment link is personal and non-transferable.
What are the deadlines for making the payment?
After the reservation is issued, there is a specific deadline to make the payment. This deadline varies depending on the channel used to make the reservation, the vehicle pick-up date, and the remaining time until that day.
For reservations issued by the Call Center with the help of one of our specialists, the deadlines are as follows:

From 8 to 24 hours | 60 minutes |
From 24 to 48 hours | 8 hours |
From 48 to 72 hours | 24 hours |
More than 72 hours | 48 hours |
For reservations made via the website or app, the payment must be made within 20 minutes. This deadline applies to all forms of payment: credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets, regardless of the vehicle pick-up date or time.
The 20-minute deadline also applies to reservation changes that require complementary payment.
To ensure your reservation is confirmed correctly, it is important to make the payment within this period.
Important: In both cases, after the indicated deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled due to lack of payment and cannot be reactivated. In this case, it will be necessary to issue a new reservation.
I didn't receive the payment link, now what?
If you have not received the payment link, please follow these guidelines:
Check your inbox and spam/junk folder: the link may have been directed there.
Confirm your contact details: check if the email address provided at the time of booking is correct.
Contact our Call Center: if you cannot find the link, our team can resend the payment link to you quickly and securely.
I couldn't complete the payment via the link. Why?
When payment via the link fails, it can be for a few common reasons:
Insufficient balance: the card does not have enough available balance to cover the transaction amount.
Errors when entering card details: a number, expiration date, or security code was entered incorrectly.
Unsupported card network: the payment platform is not compatible with the card network used.
Using a debit card instead of a credit card: the system only processes credit payments, and debit is not validated.
International use without prior notice: some institutions automatically block payments made on international websites, and it is necessary to enable them beforehand.
3DS confirmation not completed: the bank may request an extra security verification (such as SMS or app), and if it is not completed, the payment is not approved.
Declined due to issues with the banking institution: the card may be temporarily blocked or have restrictions imposed by the bank.
Additional notes
Payment may take a few minutes to be confirmed in the system. For example, payments with Pix can take up to 30 minutes for confirmation.
