Therefore, check the reservation holder's details before completing the reservation, as it may be difficult to change them later.
It is important to remember that the booking should always be in the name of the person who owns the Rentcars account, who will also be responsible for picking up the car. This person must present a valid driver’s license, a credit card in their name, and any other documents required by the rental company.
If it is necessary to make a booking on behalf of someone else, it is best to help them create their own Rentcars account and guide them through the registration and booking process. This way, all information will be correct and linked to the person who will actually use the vehicle, avoiding issues at pickup.
