If you have opted for online payment, as soon as the cancellation is confirmed, the refund process will begin, which has a deadline of up to 5 days to be completed. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used!


Payment Refund: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay

For credit card payments, the amount will be refunded to the same card used at the time of booking. The refund will be available within three statements, and this timeframe depends on your card issuer.

Additionally, in accordance with credit card issuer policies, refunds for transactions made over a longer period need to be processed via bank transfer. In this case, once the refund is requested, our team will contact you by email to obtain the details of the person responsible for the reservation to proceed with the bank transfer.

Once the details are received, the refund will be processed within 5 days.

Important: Pay attention to the deadline

Be aware! Some rental companies may charge fees for cancellations outside the specified timeframe.
